① Variable gap typeInductive pressure sensorComposed of coil, iron core, armature, and membrane box, the armature and the upper part of the membrane box are glued together. When pressure enters the membrane box, the top of the membrane box undergoes displacement proportional to the magnitude of pressure P under the action of pressure. So the armature also moved, causing a change in the air gap, and the current flowing through the coil also changed accordingly. The reading on the ammeter will reflect the magnitude of the side pressure.

②Micro pressure sensorWhen there is no pressure, the armature position fixed at the center of the diaphragm box is in the middle of the differential transformer, so the output is zero. When the measured pressure is output from the joint to the diaphragm box, the free end of the diaphragm box produces a displacement proportional to the measured pressure, and drives the armature to move in the differential transformer. The output voltage generated can reflect the magnitude of the measured pressure.

According to this principle, eddy current sensors can be used to measure displacement, such as axial displacement of the turbine main shaft, thermal expansion coefficient of the metal sample, liquid level of the molten steel, liquid pressure, etc. The range of displacement measurement is 0-30mm, and even 80mm can be measured abroad, with a resolution of 0 1%.
